Industrial Designer

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Designer with proven professional experience to join our development team.

Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components (parts & assemblies), mainly for seat systems for land and air vehicles (such as eVTOL etc.), ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Create 2D & 3D models, sketches, and assembly instructions.
• Create 2D detailed industrial drawings based on specifications
• Analyze mechanical design aspects of the equipment, subassemblies, and components.
• Conduct 2D drawings validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, testing and quality assurance to ensure successful product qualification and certification.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry-best practices for safety and performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials and components.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering (BSc., Meng., Msc.) or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience mainly in 2D drawings for industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 part, assembly design & sketching.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of German will be considered as a strong plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
