Ξεκίνησε η έναρξη των αιτήσεων του φετινού διαγωνισμού EY-Parthenon NextGen Women.
Η EY Greece συμμετέχει σε αυτόν τον ξεχωριστό διεθνή διαγωνισμό, ο οποίος ξεκινά σε εγχώριο επίπεδο και οδηγεί τους νικητές στην παγκόσμια σκηνή.
Ο διαγωνισμός έχει ως στόχο να ενθαρρύνει φοιτήτριες και πρόσφατες απόφοιτες να ανακαλύψουν τις ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης στον συναρπαστικό κόσμο της συμβουλευτικής, των χρηματοοικονομικών, των συναλλαγών και της επιχειρησιακής στρατηγικής. Μέσα από τη συμμετοχή τους, θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να εξελίξουν τόσο τις τεχνικές όσο και τις επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητές τους, ενισχύοντας έτσι ακόμη περισσότερο την επαγγελματική τους προοπτική στον κλάδο. Η νικήτρια του διαγωνισμού σε εθνικό επίπεδο θα έχει τη μοναδική ευκαιρία να εκπροσωπήσει την EY Ελλάδος στον παγκόσμιο τελικό, ενώ παράλληλα θα λάβει και ένα job offer για την ομάδα της επιλογής της στο τμήμα Χρηματοοικονομικών Συμβούλων (EY-Parthenon) της EY Ελλάδος.
Η προθεσμία για την υποβολή αιτήσεων ενδιαφέροντος είναι 31 Μαρτίου.

If you happen to be a female undergraduate (3rd year and above) or a post-graduate student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields, with no relevant professional experience, then this competition is calling your name!

Phase 1 | Local Competition
§ Online personality and cognitive test
§ Virtual interview
§ Case study presentation to EY-P and Talent leadership at a physical event in Athens' EY office
At the end of this phase, we will know the Greek NextGen Women
winner, who will have a chance to experience a graduate position in
our EY-P team 💙!
Phase 2 | Global Competition
§ The Greek finalist will represent us in the Global final, hosted in one of the countries where EY operates worldwide 🌍.
